In the Costa Rican society, they have coined the term to embrace the sentiment that life is good, and nothing is worth getting stressed about. Pura Vida is about slowing down to appreciate the simple pleasures that life has to offer. These two simple words embody a way of life, a mindset and a feeling.   • As the owner of Pura Vida Health and Beauty Med Spa, Rebekah Vazquez is a dedicated to helping her clients understand the benefits of natural vitamin therapy and determined to help them look and feel their best.

    Rebekah has been a successful entrepreneur for most of her life and has run several multi-million dollar grossing companies, including those in real the estate and investment industry.

    She began her medical career by obtaining her RN license and began working in the hospital setting with high acuity patients. Her passion for her patients, knowledge of medicine and tenacity under pressure allowed her to quickly advance in her career.

    Rebekah has held several leadership positions in both for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals: including Charge Nurse roles, Patient Care Coordinator (Administrative Supervisor), Nursing Operations Manager, Director of Education and Director of Critical Care.

    Rebekah has received numerous awards throughout her career, to include New Nurse of the year, Employee of the Year, and the Orlando Health Excellence Award. During her time in leadership, Rebekah and her team also boasted the highest Patient Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Physician Satisfaction scores in her hospital.

    With her knowledge of critical care and emergency medicine, and occupational health and wellness, Rebekah has learned the importance of a healthy lifestyle and has seen the remarkable benefits of natural medicine versus pharmaceutical intervention. She is a firm believer in the transformative powers of IV therapy and is excited to work closely with each of her clients to develop a health and wellness plan to meet their goals.

  • Meet Shasha, a seasoned Registered Nurse with over 15 years of dedicated service, including a decade specializing in Intensive Care. Her caring, attentive, and reliable nature defines her commitment to providing top-notch healthcare. Sasha's passion extends beyond medical expertise; she is an advocate for health, wellness, and preventative care, believing in the holistic approach to feeling good and looking great. With a personality reminiscent of an island girl, Shasha creates an environment that is both warm and welcoming. Her unique blend of professional experience and genuine warmth makes her a trusted and compassionate healthcare professional.

    I’m a nurse, wife, and mama to two little ones so I know firsthand how important it is to take care of yourself while keeping up with life’s nonstop demands!

    Helping people feel good, regain their energy, and get what the love is what fuels me. I love helping others prioritize their wellness and feel their best, whether they need hydration, recovery support, or a boost to tackle a busy week.

    Because when you feel your best, you can show up as your best.

  • With a degree in Fitness and Nutrition, Donny began his career into the health industry in 2006. He has worked for various large fitness corporations, including Gold’s Gym, Bally and LA Fitness. Donny believes that there are three main factors that a person must have in order to create a healthy lifestyle: Dedication, Consistency and Discipline. Donny has a desire and passion to help every one of his clients achieve these key factors and reach their fitness goals.

  • Dr. Sergio A. Arguello is a family medicine doctor in Cooper City, Florida and is affiliated with HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital. He received his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Nicaragua Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Sergio A. Arguello has expertise in treating Stroke, Chronic diabetes, Hypertension, among other conditions. His Credentials and Education are:

    ● Universidad Nacional Autonoma Graduate Degree 1989

    ● Oscar Danilo Rosales Hospital Residency 1996

    ● Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center Residency 2010. 

  • Meet Natalie! She is an experienced ER Nurse and a full-time mom of an energetic little one! Natalie personally lives a healthy lifestyle herself and truly enjoys educating patients on how to improve their health. Her number one focus is on keeping people from becoming sick in the first place, not just treating them when they get sick!

  • Hello! My name is Katie and I've been an emergency room nurse for 4 years. I've experienced so much through my time in the ER and have learned a lot about vitamins and how they can be used to treat different illnesses. I'm excited to learn more about vitamins and their benefits and teach you about them as well! I'm a huge Disney and Universal fan so if you want to talk theme parks and movies during your treatment, I'm definitely your girl!
